I decided to check out what all the buzz is about regarding coconut water. This particular can of coconut water was priced at $3.50 at a local organic grocery store. As far as taste,
coconut water has a very peculiar taste. The first time I tried it, I must say I was not a fan. My taste buds had to get used to the strong taste of 100% COCOUNUT, especially since I only like coconut in small portions. Coconut water is VERY healthy and a great choice of beverage during those hot summer days. The health benifits outway the weird taste in my opinion.
